I'm so proud to show off. My experience has been great, this company did not disappoint. I've already gone back to purchase more and added a few pink roses to the bunch. The ordering process was easy and I received a discount which is so appreciated. The delivery was fast and hassle free. My roses came in a long box with tissue paper. I had a very positive experience. Highly recommend.

This was a gift This was a gift. The flowers were very life like according to the recipient. I was a little dIsappointed there was no gift options for card and gift wrap. The box shown in the video was more attractive than the plain one that was send. Fast delivery.

So I am an artificial floral designer… So I am an artificial floral designer from Canada. I had a bride specifically request a rare orange Snap Dragon which I was only able to find here. I ended up paying $67CAD for 1 stem because that is what I was specifally asked for. When I got it, it was yellow and pink not orange and really I wouldn't say the quality was worth what I paid. I contacted the company telling them I wanted a refund and at first they tried to tell me I would have to pay for the shipping to send it back! After I expressed my anger about this they offered to credit me the return the shipping. I ended up keeping the flower and trying to dye it myself as I really needed this special request for my bride but what I was really upset about is that the flower did not look at all like the picture and discribed as orange. I would have given this experience 1 star but they did offer to pay the return shipping so I gave them an extra star. My point here is that these guys prices are pretty steep and when I pay this much for 1 single flower I expect it to be even nicer in person than in the pictures. But that was not the case. So beware, what you see may not be what you get.

Technical Difficulties Resolved! I had some issues and Prestige Botanical and I have been able to talk and have resolved the issues. Sometimes technical difficulties can get in the way of people communicating. They have been very kind and helpful.
