Great Service Once my order was put in, I was emailed to let me know it was started. As it progressed I received a email, letting me know it was shipped. I also received a tracking number. After I received it another contact from company, telling me it was delivered. Sent picture of wall to him, showing the clock hanging. And got a response back from him. Thank you Bross Home. Clock was perfect and looks wonderful.

Extremely happy Honestly had some doubts, but that all went away with when I pulled the art out of the box! Very impressed and needless to say my father will be in aww. Yes in shipping the end of the box was crushed so the end was bent. I was able to fix it and see how good the steal it was made from by flexing it. Yes I will be ordering another for myself. Didn't know it was coming from Turkey, so it took longer than I'd thought, but once again, it was totally worth it all. Great customer service and shipping details.

A beautiful new clock for my historic home I received my new wall clock today and am thrilled with it! My home is a historic Victorian and I needed something that was not modern looking. This clock is perfect! It has a leaded-glass sort of look that compliments my old-fashioned decor. We had a bit of a mishap regarding the shipping of the item, but Jack, the store owner, did a great job solving the problem quickly and satisfactorily. Thanks, Jack!
