GBHorrendous Quality Just received my sweatshirt, and it’s a Gildan sweatshirt that costs $14 at Wal-Mart (I even found the exact color!). I’m too embarrassed to give my wife this incredibly low quality garment. It really doesn’t matter how good the embroidery is, if you’re putting it on literally the cheapest sweatshirt you can buy that’s already pilling and has numerous loose threads right out of the shipping bag, it really doesn’t matter (lipstick, pig, etc). As for the design and embroidery itself, I’m just mildly disappointed with how that turned out, but the real issue is the absolutely atrocious quality of the garment itself. You’re paying $90+ for a $14 sweatshirt that Just Lyne probably gets for $5 apiece ordering in bulk. Make sure you order early so you have time to go out and get a Plan B gift!

GBWrong size. Terrible service. Ruined Birthday present. Worse customer service. Service was terrible. The size on the hoodies I ordered was wrong and a complete waste of $100 for a ruined birthday present for my wife. All they would do is offer me 30% off a future order. I'd recommend avoiding. Even after they offered a 30% discount on an addition/replacement order they won't respond to messages through their email or their support site to offer the discount. There is also no way to use a design that they already created on an additional product. This outsourced customer support is a mess and you can tell that the owners just run this company as cheaply as possible while charging for premium products and services.

AUJust Lyne T-shirt Each step of the process is easy to follow and customer support was great when I made an error. Reply from customer support was prompt, as was the design process. The design itself is fabulous and I love the fact that it will make a one-of -a-kind gift!

GBA Beautiful Way To Remember I learned about this company six months ago when my daughter chose to give a memory to my granddaughter after the death of her beloved dog. Since then I have “memorialized” three more cherished pets - and now my beloved partner who died almost 3 years ago. I am so grateful for the work these people do.
