USI received the wrong item in my order… I received the wrong item in my order and the company declared absolutely without a doubt that I “intentionally” ordered TWO of the SAME items; TWO Ramadan Kareem table top signs and ONE Eid Mubarak. I actually ordered one Ramadan Mubarak, one Ramadan Kareem and one Eid Mubarak, which order makes sense to you!! Unlike the customer that received the wrong items and immediately received the correct items BEFORE Ramadan, I was informed that the only way my ordered would be corrected is if I spent MORE MONEY and made an additional PURCHASE!! What usury!!! How disappointing is this during a month in which I am trying to be as I should be as a Believer!!! I simply cannot believe this!!! Order#23051
