Never had any problems with damaged items as everything was well packed but they never use an excessive amount of packaging which i very much appreciate. highly recommend.

My Christmas box was very damaged My Christmas box was very damaged. I was quite disappointed but didn’t have time to deal with fixing it. My recent throw has pulled threads all over. I like the overall look of things, just not when they are damaged or don’t meet expectation
