first time ordering first time ordering. weary at first. BUT! turned out great. was able to speak to a real person with customer service. always had someone nice that actually listened! shipping speed was quick as well!

The shoes I ordered were too big and… The shoes I ordered were too big and wanted to exchange for a size down. The return email for the shipping label stated they only had one more in my size and suggested to order now and as for a refund instead of exchange. That’s what I did and it was true, that was the last one. That’s customer service and I love my shoes.
