GBThe shoes I ordered were too big and… The shoes I ordered were too big and wanted to exchange for a size down. The return email for the shipping label stated they only had one more in my size and suggested to order now and as for a refund instead of exchange. That’s what I did and it was true, that was the last one. That’s customer service and I love my shoes.

GBThe adjustable strap failed The adjustable strap failed. The bra shelf tore. I made a sarcastic complaint. 4 months later, I reply and immediately get replacement top. Crazy beautiful, thats how its supposed to work. Love my other top, will order again...
