Poor item First rug delivered had a dead animal in it. It was decayed so no odor. Found hair and stains - tried cleaning stains out and they did come out. BUT all this left us very upset, we decided to keep it thinking it would be too hard to return. Since then we have found it to be a very cheep rug and not even worth the discounted price. We had ordered the matching runner (before the rug was delivered) and are waiting for it to see if it is as bad as the full rug. So far it has not came in the time promised- it is not looking good. I will never order from your company again and will not be silent in condemning it.

The colors in the runners were… The colors in the runners were different than the rugs I received! I want to return them and requested in an email how to do it. NO RESPONSE!! I will never order from this company again and I will post my experience on social media
