FRGreat experience Was pleasantly surprised. Delivery took a bit longer than expected so I reached out to their customer service. Was a bit anxious when I didn't get an answer at first but got a reply a few days later. Mattress arrived a few days after that. Customer service was very friendly. The mattress itself is great, left it to get back in shape for 3 days and have enjoyed it ever since. Will be a repeat customer when the time comes.

GB14 inch mattress ordered I ordered a 14 inch mattress and only got to 13 inches. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ! And when you sit or lay on the edge of the mattress it feels like you are going to fall off. I message you all and was told sometimes they don't get up to the 14 inches. Was offered $30 refund to purchase a mattress topper. And if I wanted to return it, I needed to pay for the shipping overseas. What a joke ! Pretty sad to spend so much money for a mattress and told to cover it. And where can I find a topper for $30. I should have stuck to buying from Amazon. Won't ever buy this type of mattress again ! Very disappointed and very poor customer service !

CAThe mattress was delivered after an… The mattress was delivered after an acceptable delay as i live in a fairly remote area. The instructions for opening the bag that contained the mattress were clear and concise. The mattress actually ended up being of better quality than i had expected.

GBMattress itself is ok and comfortable Mattress itself is ok and comfortable, however it did rise up only 11 inches and all four coners has expanded only 10 inches. The website photo shows brown and white color, but I received grey and white color mattress .
