GBIt’s very annoying to have your sales… It’s very annoying to have your sales people be stalking and not allowing us to look around the store comfortably. I asked Ms Berta to allow me time to look at the furniture that I would call her when I needed her. It was wonderful that she allowed my husband and I to look around at peace and not feel like we were being stalked. Berta was very pleasing & knowledgeable, extremely patient & polite.

GBI really love how the items looks after… I really love how the items looks after the box! And really appreciate some of the bigger ones were already installed but boxed up. Some of the smaller ones have to install, but I had no issues with the quality and craftsmanship. They all look better than I expect. Only issue I had about the whole experience is the wait to pick these up and that you can't call ahead or make appointments to get your orders faster or on time.

GBI was able to find what I was looking… I was able to find what I was looking for and got approved for it, one day later I received a call about my delivery and what day works best for me. After what was said and done, Bel Furniture put a smile on my face Thanks Bel Furniture for a job well done.

GBEasy online purchase Easy online purchase. However, when picking up the order the two male employees did not know how to properly load my boxed product into my car. They first placed it in a way which would have obstructed the driver's rear view. My daughter and I had to tell them several times how to correctly lay the package down flat. Disappointed about that.

GBCustomer service sucks Customer service sucks. They can NEVER reach their drivers. Customer service for Delivery sends each call to voicemail. After 5 it's a busy signal. They Don't notify you if the delivery has been cancelled. They have you waiting even after setting a time. My last delivery was between 2-5 they showed up at 7:30 pm on a Friday
