Best Customer Service Ever This was our second painting we ordered via ipaintings. We were so happy with our first painting (a Gustav Klimt remake) that we ordered another painting (a Monet remake). When our Monet arrived, the frame I ordered it with arrived broken. In breaking, the frame also left a tear in the Monet canvas. I took pictures and shared them with Lowell @ ipainting sales. He responded immeadiatly, expediting a new painting to be painted without delay. It was shipped to us (once again) in less than a month. The new painting was intact and beyond our expectation- beautiful! Beyond ecstatic with our Van Gogh I ordered one of my wife's favorite Van Gogh paintings to be reproduced for Christmas. When she unwrapped the painting, both of us were stunned to silence by the beauty and accuracy of the work both of us knew so well. The reproduction is true to the original in terms of the subject matter and scale.
