Lighted Reindeer Family - Generally Satisfied Recently purchased a lighted family of reindeer last Christmas. Generally pleased with purchase, although there were a few small improvements that could be made to the product. While the gold glitter flakes that cover the reindeer make them shine, they shed immensely and cover your hands with flakes every time you touch them. Also, the antlers make the father reindeer front-heavy, so even with the included anchors hammered through his feet into the ground, he will eventually fall over. Hopefully, I can get some longer anchors that will fasten him more securely. Otherwise, purchase, shipping, unpacking, and assembling went quickly and efficiently. Overall satisfied with the product.

Valentine's cards I ordered Valentine's cards for my grandbabies to hand out. I ordered 5 sets. Received 3 in just a matter of days. Was very pleased. The other two, although I ordered a month early and was guaranteed delivery in time, did not arrive on time to be used at the parties. Product still looks good. One was supposed to glow, glows very dim. Since I won't be using them for a year probably won't glow at all. Hope they are still squishy. Tried to get a refund when I knew they would not make it in time. Customer service stated I could get a refund only if I rejected the delivery. Was sent through the postal service, no signature required, so was left in the mailbox without my knowledge. Customer service stated basically too bad.

The joy of giving! I am a Halloween costume nut but last year I was heading to Europe so no room for dress up so I decided to buy small toys to hand out. Your light up rings were the biggest hit. I gave away 35 in France to big and little kids. Now I can’t stop myself and I bought and gave away more of your toys for every holiday since, the latest being the filled eggs. I especially loved the legos, finger puppets and windup toys. I’m back in France still handing out smiles!’
