GBI think the problem is with FedEx I think the problem is with FedEx. The box was left out and not under the porch. Therefore, the box got soaked. I’m letting the picture dry since it only had one layer of wrapping around it. I notified the company about the problem. Their response was impeccable. It was timely and focused on customer support. The issue was handled toward customer satisfaction. This has made for a positive result and experience.

GBFINALLY GOT MY PICTURE Never got my order. FedEx claims it was delivered on 12/3. I have security cameras and they show no deliveries where made on 12/3. Reached out to Hayoo several times about not getting picture. Keep being told to wait. This is BS I want my picture or my money! UPDATE: Finally got my picture and it's exactly as described . Very happy with picture.

GBQuality canvas picture and came in the… Quality canvas picture and came in the time that it was expected. If it is a personalized product don’t forget the name or be sure to state that you do not want it personalized or it will cause a slight delay. Despite the fact that this happened to me, I still got my order in time for my sister’s birthday.

GBI just received my red truck I just received my red truck, Christmas barn picture. They did an awesome job with the 2 Australian Shepherds in the back of the truck & I didn't even send them a picture, just told them I have 2 black tri Australian Shepherds. I love, love this picture. Excellent quality. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
