When i received it, I actually got it out of the UPS drivers hands and when I did, I could hear broken glass inside the box. I immediately opened it and took a pic. I then reached out via email with the pic to Shart to let them know and I heard back from them within 24 hours that they would send out a replacement asap and they apologized. I received my replacement and it was not damaged and was packaged properly. I will be getting more of these and am a lifetime customer. Thanks Shart!
