I ordered 2 frames back to back and I… I ordered 2 frames back to back and I received them as promised in excellent condition. I accidentally replied to the email letting me know my order had shipped and they even responded to that immediately. I would recommend them to anyone.

Was very excited to find these and… Was very excited to find these and ordered instantly! When i received it, I actually got it out of the UPS drivers hands and when I did, I could hear broken glass inside the box. I immediately opened it and took a pic. I then reached out via email with the pic to Shart to let them know and I heard back from them within 24 hours that they would send out a replacement asap and they apologized. I received my replacement and it was not damaged and was packaged properly. I will be getting more of these and am a lifetime customer. Thanks Shart!
