INI bought a $100 subscription for Payday… I bought a $100 subscription for Payday exclusive leads but the leads I got are totally useless and I have been complaining since Day 1. on 15th June 2023 a chat representative promised to refund my $100 and cancel my subscription but since then no is replying to my chats, emails. i request Leadcampus team to initiate my refund ASAP please as I am broke.

GBIf zero stars were an option... If zero stars were an option, that would be the honest rating. I signed up in August of 2023, and selected the plan that provided 50 leads per month for $100. Between the first two months, I received 32 leads in total (Aug/Sept), which were much lower quality than I was told they would be; in October, I tried to cancel my subscription via the button provided inside the platform, which apparently didn't work because I was charged for October, November, and December. I finally reached someone via Chat on Jan. 2nd of 2024 who assured me my subscription was canceled AND they would send me the missing leads I didn't receive the last three months. Neither happened. I am now being charged another $100 for ZERO services. They don't provide an option to access the card you put on file, so unless the option to cancel actually works or a rep does what they say they will, you have no other recourse. I have now written to them so not only has money been lost but also time....
