I don't recommend purchasing items… I don't recommend purchasing items through Modsy.com. I was very satisfied with the design of my living room but was over charged $500 for the items purchased and I'm still waiting for a backordered item. There is no response to emails, no easily available phone number, and no correspondence updating me on status of the backordered item. While they claim you have unlimited design changes, the link to the designer is disabled after a couple of months (so don't lag on decisions).

Would use it again All in all, best design app I have ever used. My interior designer was really impressive. The facetime touch is excellent. The 3d model I had was unbelievable remarkable and something that should cost a fortune. Worth every penny and matched my style and preferences to a T.

Great experience We had a great experience with Modsy. Our designer Abbey was responsive, and really listened to our feedback to help us design a room we loved. I especially loved the ability to swap out pieces myself to fine tune the design until it was perfect. I am someone who has to see multiple options to figure out what I like best. The 3D renderings from all angles were really helpful in visualizing the layout. We loved seeing the potential in our space come to life. The only issue we had was that the dimensions of our room in the renderings were a little bigger than they are in real life, which wasn’t a major problem, but they were off by about a foot in two areas. The app also had some minor issues with the search feature but all in all I loved using Modsy.

Great experience! Modsy has been a great experience! My designer, Miriam, had been very friendly and responsive. She came up with gorgeous designs and got all 4 done in time for me to shop Memorial Day sales. She matched my style perfectly. I also love playing around with the 3D Editor. Overall it has been a great experience and I'm excited to order new furniture!

It was like Jennifer read my mind It was like Jennifer read my mind! I have struggled with my living room since moving into this house 12 years ago. It's a bit small, oblong and I was dealing with 3 doorways, four windows and a non-negotiable piano. The layouts that Jennifer proposed were worth the price of the service all on their own, and the beautiful designs she did are (a ton) of icing on the cake - she got my style exactly. I cannot wait to shop, implement her design and start spending time in that space!
