Magical I ordered two pictures on separate occasions, the mermaid and the moon in the clouds. Both are just magical and the grandchildren love them. I notice some reviewers have experienced poor customer service. This was not my experience - in fact a great deal of care was taken at the proof stage and the pictures arrived well packaged. Fabulous is just the right name for this company.

I love these magical portraits! I love these magical portraits! I ordered one for a granddaughter who loves unicorns. After seeing the "proof," l decided to order for 3 additional grandchildren. Each one is so unique and special and l know my kids will cherish them for a very long time. Bad Quality-Never rcvd the reprint they said was coming I received my picture and it was much darker then the proof that I had approved. When I contacted them they said that it never should of went out that way. They had me approve another proof and said they would send another one. I approved the revised proof on Dec 2nd it is December 22nd and I haven't received anything. I contacted them a couple days ago and heard nothing back. I have ordered a few prints from this company, last year I ordered my kids matching prints and mugs and one of the mugs never showed up but it was Christmas time and busy and I never had addressed it. This seems to be a reoccurring thing for this company. I know I will no longer be using them, which is unfortunate because the pictures make fun gifts. I will try turnmeroyal next time. **Update since posting this review the company reached out and replaced both the picture and both of the mugs. It was a long time and a lot of back and forth with the company but they did end up making it right.**

I ordered several portraits for Christmas I ordered several portraits for Christmas. Unfortunately one of them got damaged while under the tree. I contacted Fabulous Portrait to repurchase the canvas. The only thing they asked for was a photo of the damage and then they replied that they would replace it free of charge! Four days later I received a perfect replacement. This is a quality company and I will surely do business again.
