GBMy heating packed up on Sunday My heating packed up on Sunday. I have to young children and didn't have heat or hot water. Tom from sales assessed and offered boiler options, arrange fitting and took payment all on a Sunday via WhatsApp. True to his word the office called Monday to arrange fitting for the Tuesday. Tom the Engineer arrived after the school run as we requested. He removed the old boiler without any issues and fitted our new boiler. His attention to detail had not gone unnoticed by myself. I could clearly see he took great pride in his work. He explained to my wife how the system worked, cleaned up as if he wasn't there and left all in 5 hours. After researching many company's and not knowing what way to turn Your Heat came to the rescue. We now have a brand new efficient boiler, Hot water and Heat, and two happy children Would I recommend? 100% Thank you Your Heat for a 5 star service from a 5 star company!

GBDon’t waste your time on these clowns Lucky to get 1 star. Didn’t turn up to an appointment to replace 2 bit valve after making us wait in all day. Got through to kelly who said sorry but we can do the 23rd December requested call back from Tom as he the one who forgot to book us in even though his brother did the quote. Got no call back called today and got kelly who couldn’t even remember who we was and basically couldn’t see why I was annoyed. First told me Tom wasn’t in why he didn’t call so I said why tell me he call me back today if he wasn’t in then oh but he was in and then it was he working from home he definitely give you a call the afternoon. Guess what no call. Absolute joke. Then we get some who actually turned up to do a quote to tell us they quote for the wrong point valve anyways. Useless do not use never do what they promise and think they better than everyone else.

GBI can’t recommend this company enough I can’t recommend this company enough. Very competitive pricing Punctual even in the snow. Friendly helpful engineers Clean and tidy. I shall definitely be using this company again for our yearly servicing.

GBBoiler Install Had a boiler installed back in April, unfortunately after a few months we hit a minor snag which meant our boiler had to be switched off. Your Heat were brilliant in arranging prompt repair, service was resumed, fantastic service!!

GBGreat Service Had an issue with my boiler and the Your Heat team sent somebody round within hours, the engineer Dan was polite and helped fix the problem with a simple part change. Would fully recommend this company.
