I received the fountain about 10 days… I received the fountain about 10 days after I purchased it. Very satisfied and was easy to install.

I Received my order and the whole… I Received my order and the whole entire fire pit was completely rusted every time you touched it you'd get orange rust all over your hands when I proceeded to return it and emailed support over a dozen times and never got a single answer I spent over $200 on a fire pit that I couldn't even use and couldn't get support to respond at all.

We have not received our order after… We have not received our order after weeks of waiting. WE have tried to email and call with no response
