So far I am extremely happy with the … So far I am extremely happy with the ease of recording an audio and then going back to finesse the language through Temi. I confess...I still cannot figure out how to master the mobile app, where my call should go right there. However--I have not given it my due diligence or responded to the offer for help yet. Overall, compared to other similar products, I cannot imagine a better commitment to making the process of transcription easier.

I am impressed with how well most words were transcribed I am impressed with how well most words were transcribed, given the background noise. And that people were speaking from many different directions. It breaks down in two categories: 1) I am surprised that it does not notice the switch between obviously different speakers. 2) There were a number of proper names and obscure words where it makes amusing guesses. Example: "Bayesian" became "Beijing". I have no idea how that could be improved without knowing a lot more about the subject under discussion.

Excellent site to buy from I thought this site might be too good to be true, but it's not. Both orders I brought mainly dies, all good quality, used in sizzix big shot, worked perfectly. 2nd order I ordered plastic storage containers, cheap, there good and not flimsy. Brought a rabbit treat hide away, it's felt type, made very well, brought for my cat. I did buy more too long to list. Over all very pleased with both orders and delivery took 2 weeks. I shall be using this site again

Cool idea, needs a little more machine-learning along the way Super-cool idea, and way cheaper than person-based transcription, but def takes effort to review/edit the transcription (though less than fully transcribing the original audio). Would be better if there was account-specific machine learning, so that I could upload a reviewed document and have the system learn from its initial mistakes. (e.g., the acroynym NASDDDS kept coming out as "nasty's" -- that would be an easy fix).

Useless This was an appealing concept since I was having trouble figuring how to do my own voice transcription. However, the transcript was virtually useless. Not even close to what the recording was. I had to listen and re-transcribe the entire thing. Waste of time. Loved the thought of a cheaper alternative to Rev but this is not it. Not yet anyway.
