Excellent customer service Although, the medicine cabinet came cracked twice. It was more on the carrier because the package was wrap as well as you could. I work in remodeling and this is common. The process for the replacement was very easy and response time by the company was immediate. I have to commend them on their accommodation and customer service because this could've been time consuming and stressful process.

Arrived in almost perfect condition Arrived in almost perfect condition. Except for a crack in the plastic on the backside of the mirror where a screw was most likely screwed in too tight and cracked the plastic around it. Doesn't seem to hurt the integrity of the casing. Everyone who has seem my mirror in person or in a pic, asks for the site where I bought this because they are interested.
