Blanket is adorable, great quality image I uploaded a picture of my sisters dog, made the purchase, and poof: a couple weeks later the blanket was at my door. The quality of the image was perfect, just as shown in the pictures (but of our dog of course). One part the experience that could have been better was receiving a picture of what the blanket would look like when they were able to provide one.

Cool Products I love the photo blanket products! I ordered a personalized Batman "pillow" and had my granddaughter's photo placed onto the face, so she looks like she is Batman! She is a big Marvel fan, so this is going to be a terrific gift for her and I'm proud to give it, since Photo Blanket did such a perfect job on it. They have many ideas on their site, but also allow us to be creative and do our own ideas. I love the good quality--the pillow material is very soft and cuddly. And because of the virus crisis, things move a little slower, so I appreciated their good communication, informing me of my order's progress and when to expect delivery. I highly recommend Photo Blanket and thank them for their cool products!

Filed a dispute with PayPal, promised ship date has since passed with no movement. No way to contact other than email, then wait 24-48 hours for automatic response. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I ordered a pillow about 10 days prior… I ordered a pillow about 10 days prior to Christmas. With the holiday schedule, I automatically assumed the package would not arrive on time. I then reached out to Bonnie who personally ensured my item was expedited and not only did it arrive on December 24, but it was in amazing quality! I will definitely be a future customer. I had serious doubts after I ordered… I had serious doubts after I ordered and only THEN saw some of these reviews. The product does come from China, and it took almost 4 weeks to arrive, but it got here on time. The doll I ordered was smaller than I thought it would be, and for the size the price seemed high ($52CDN), but overall the quality is good, it arrived before Christmas and I know my sister is going to love it.
