Highly recommended… I lost my kitty cat and was grieving badly so oredered my favourite photo of both of my cats together. I received my cushion ( in the shape of the cats together which i wasn't expecting but was delighted to get) which now takes pride of place on my bed. Highly recommended. Great Product and service Great Product and service! I ordered 2 custom pillows and did VIP delivery and the turn around time was much faster than expected. Very quick for a customized order. Even thought it was right before Christmas. I had a question for customer service and they got back to me right away. The actual product itself seems like a well made item and worth the money.

I ordered a pillow about 10 days prior… I ordered a pillow about 10 days prior to Christmas. With the holiday schedule, I automatically assumed the package would not arrive on time.
