After purchasing five or more canvas with pics etc, I contacted customer service because I forgot to include a name. I expected a much better solution than to purchase a new print at regular price less a percent off special offered at the time. If I recommend to others, it will be with caution.

Will definitely order from them again! I ordered my canvas and uploaded the picture for them to use. The way the picture was sent as far as the background and central focus, I was concerned about how it would turn out. Once I received it, quicker than expected, it was beautiful. They used the photo exactly how I had seen it in my head and I cannot wait to give it to my wife for our anniversary in a few weeks. I will definitely order from them again.

So I am frustrated because I have three gifts I want to order and couldn't find a working customer service number that accepted calls. Tried chatting, but keep telling me it is my internet. Not the case. My office building has great internet service. So not happy.
