Highly recommended I’m not usually known for reviewing services but felt compelled by the fast efficient and speedy delivery of my wooden Venetian blind part. They managed this even though I ordered the wrong part and they rectified my mistake in minutes. What an amazing customer service.

5 star service One out of three of my Louvolite motorised blinds stopped working. Browsed the web for a replacement and came across blindspares.co.uk. Never used them before, but so glad I came across them and purchased. Won't go into all the finer details, but from start to finish the service I got from them is amazing. Fran was more than willing to help answer my questions (and I had loads!) and not once did I get the feeling that I was getting half-hearted responses. Had a really great experience with them, and will now be my go-to for any replacement parts for my blinds. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Blind spare part Having ordered a part, which turned out to be wrong (my fault), Blindspares were extremely helpful in identifying the correct part. It was made to measure and fits perfectly. Identifying the correct part, paying for it and the despatch couldn’t have been easier. Great service.

No reply to email I emailed them querying their prices and received no reply. I ordered the parts I wanted locally, at a considerably better price. The email was sent on 22 Jan 2024.

Great products and customer service I ordered a Louvolite replacement motor however, I ordered the wrong model. When I realised, I contacted the team and asked whether I could return the wrong model and order the correct one. They were kind enough to accept and offer a refund. Customer service at its best!
