The most amazing people work at All Temp. Sean, Dave Schroll, and Kevin are truly amazing. We had record breaking temperatures and the furnace stopped working. Sean (in the office), made sure that we would have someone at our door as soon as possible. Within a very short time we had heat. Dave called several times to make sure that we were alright. Kevin is an amazing technician, he and Dave can fix any problem you have. With the worst cold we have ever experienced they were there for us. We can deal with any furnace/AC firm. The reason we have used Al Temp for so many years is their great people and first class product.

Competent, courteous and fair folks to deal with! Thanks for the quick response to my AC problem. Even though it was more severe than I was hoping, Eric, Mark and his helper were polite, concerned and courteous in replacing my outdoor unit and solving some other issues which probably caused it's premature failure.
