I have several expensive Persian carpets, so I'm pretty picky. The quality level of this rug is excellent, and the price was exceptional! I was looking for a very specific rug and found exactly what I was looking for on the Qaleen website after much searching. I was concerned about buying from an unknown seller and picked up the phone and called customer service on a Saturday. I was delighted to actually speak with Yasir, who immediately won me over with his responsiveness and knowledge. He stayed in touch throughout the entire ordering and delivery process to ensure that I was happy. I recommend Qaleen very highly for the discerning and careful rug buyer!
