Order never received When I ordered the wine cabinet rack, it indicated 3-5 days shipping. After a week, I reached out to the company and got no response. Additional emails got a response that they were "working on it with their team." Another week passed with no updates. I told them that if they didn't act soon, I would cancel. Three days later I was notified of a refund being processed with no explanation on why they never fulfilled the order. I at least gave one star for getting the refund.

I've gone back and forth with our local… I've gone back and forth with our local furniture suppliers and things usually don't work out as they don't have quality goods.. that's why we have started ordering from here, although it's overseas, the quality is worth the wait.
