They helped me out with a problem a few weeks ago , the problem was sorted within a few days .. Not only were they fast and efficient, they also kept checking in on me to see if there was anything else they could do ... I highly recommend Youpay not only is the whole funding other people's cart concept is agreat idea but if you have a problem the customer service is always great as well .... I also highly recommend joining the youpay FB groups they are very welcoming and everyone is so friendly and willing to help fund carts :)
