Amazing Services!! I can't think Plus Agency enough for their incredible service. The pre-onboarding process was amazing because they answered all my question via a call and they were honest about the ad account delivery compared to other agencies who refused to have a call before using their services.

So horrible customer service So horrible customer service, Thank god they were harsh before I even join them! I just asked if someone else will be a able to check my campaigns, simple question right? Their response LITERALLY 'we don't care about your campaigns, why will we check them?' 'We are not interested in working with you' 'please look for another agency' so so horrible! Stay away!!!

They Scammed Me They Scammed me! I wired funds for an ad account, but never received the account, or filled out any form, They said the funds were non refundable even though they hadn't done a single thing! I didn't sign an agreement or nothing. They stole my funds, and now don't respond to me. They told me via Skype that they will not argue with me on this and simply stopped responding. Highly disapprove of this company, anybody with 5 star reviews beware of potential fake reviewers. I have chat receipts and funds transferred to prove my review. They scammed me, Buyer BEWARE! never again.
