I comes with super cute instructions for use, information about how it is made, substantial wash mesh bag, and well packaged. I washed it lightly before use and rinsed until the water was clear. It's cool to the touch and comfortable. I toss and turn all night with long hair and my hair is signicantly smoother in the morning with this case on my pillow. I bought the deep grey and it matches my sheets well. Would definitely buy again.
