GBFailed to perform promised service They were good. They now are not providing the services that they were paid to perform. We are getting deliquent notices from the states since they have failed to submit the filings on time or even at all for what I know. Avoid using them.

Being free of the quagmire that is compliance registration has freed up countless staff hours for more important work. Their customer service is excellent, the pricing structure is sensible. No reason a nonprofit leader should not do business with Labyrinth.
