Quality Fuel from Domino Domino Fuel is a reliable company. We've been ordering their fuel for over 2 years now and finally got around to leaving a review for their efforts. They have maintained consistency and professionalism throughout each oil delivery. We are very happy with the quality of the oil and the price. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Leaking Oil Tank Replaced My oil tank developed a pinhole leak, and I wanted to get it replaced before it got any worse. Domino was the first company I called; they asked me to send a video showing how to get the existing tank in and out of the basement. I sent it, and they responded with a very well-priced quote in under an hour. They also were able to schedule the replacement quickly. IN CONTRAST, every single OTHER company I called (and it was many) wanted to send someone out to the house in a few days or weeks to take a look at the tank, before giving a quote, and they also didn't have any availability to replace the tank for weeks. I technically may have been able to wait longer as the leak was slow, but for my own peace of mind, and since Domino responded with the urgency I was looking for, and because their pricing was great, I went with them. On install day, they called in the morning to confirm, and they showed up promptly at the time they scheduled. The install team needed to remove the railing off my basement stairs and remove the side door in order to get the old tank out, which they did, and they replaced both properly before they left. The new double-wall tank I purchased required a different pipe and feed line routing and they did all the work to hook everything up and test it. They cleaned up after themselves well and left my house just as they found it, but with a gleaming new tank. I feel it is so rare to find companies I can wholeheartedly recommend so I always try to leave reviews when I do find one. I am so happy I found Domino and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Saved us last minute on a Saturday! I so grateful to this company for coming through for us at the last minute on a Saturday when we are expecting some bad weather the next couple of days!!!! The people we spoke to and they way everything was handled was an absolute pleasure!!!!! Thank you domino!!!!

Exceptional Customer Service I haven't been using Domino Fuel for more than a year and I'm already leaning towards being a long term customer. They are very thorough and efficient when communicating and delivering. Can't really ask for more than that. I'm satisfied with what they can bring to the table. Hopefully it remains consistent so I can continue to use and recommend them!

DISHONEST, RUDE, UNRELIABLE OIL COMPANY I ordered fuel last week through casheatingfuel.com and Domino Fuel Was SUPPOSED to deliver it the next morning and according to the email, contact in the morning to set up, verify, delivery. FIRST, they didn't call so I did at 8:30 am. After, the owner HAD to verify my order and call me back, I was told the oil would be Delivered between 9am and 3pm. I told him I would leave the money as I was leaving for work at that time. When coming home after 6pm, the oil was NEVER DELIVERED AND THE Money was still there. I called Domino Fuel and he said the driver was there and there was no money there. I was so angry, as I felt he was calling me a liar. I emailed casheatingfuel.com to complain, they said there was a GPS record of it, which ended up being my neighbors address. I sent 4 follow up emails with Pictures of the money, the envelope, the place where it was left and my horrible experience. BOTH PARTIES, TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR MY FUEL, didn't even make good on the wrong address being in the GPS, and Never delivered any oil. Domino Fuel was rude, hung up on me AND TOLD ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Now, the next day, coincidentally????, the prices for oil were 30 cents more. I feel like they JUST DIDN'T WANT TO HONOR THE PRICE, $1.67, they listed on my agreement as it was a mistake on their end. 1 WEEK LATER, I GOT OIL from another oil company I've used many times with NO PROBLEMS!! This was after going back and forth with Domino and Cash Heating oil.com for 5 days and having to put diesel in the tank as I ran out of oil in the meantime. Don't USE EITHER COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
