Great Quality Guards and Excellent Service My jobsite in Concord was a victim of arson and we hired Sentry Security Services for the repairs and rebuild and we could not be happier. I have already recommended Sentry to numerous co-workers and former co-workers now at other GC's. After the fire, everyone from Ownership and our side (the GC) was naturally very stressed and worried about having another incident so we asked a lot of last minute changes to the guard details (adding guards, changing routes, adding cameras and lights etc.) and Sentry really stepped up and made it all happen. Even when there was not an available guard for night patrol, they would send a supervisor. Just recently, one of their guards stopped an arson suspect messing with our fence with a gas can and a lighter in his hand. They provide very thorough reports and really have made this rebuild easier/less stressful knowing they are patrolling the site. The main day Guard Michelle has been amazing, going above and beyond her duties to make sure everything is running smoothly. All in all I can easily say that Sentry has been the best Security Company I have worked with on a construction site and have played a huge role in finishing the project. We are almost complete with drywall a little over 1 year from the fire and due to Sentry Security, have had a safe and secure site with no further incidents (or successful incidents).

The company has been wonderful in… The company has been wonderful in working with our needs and within our budget. The guard assigned to us is a wonderful person who we will be sad to see go. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is there were a couple of times where miscommunication on scheduling led to a misstep where we did not have our guard for the evening.

Sentry is amazing Sentry is great to my company. They’re extremely detail oriented and very active in their communication with us. Always asking if we need anything or if they can improve services in any area. I truly appreciate the weekly reports and updates, and immediate contact if anything needs attention.
