GBUnorganized Support and VERY Scammy Wellyx Gym Management Onboarding was a mess. They messed up the ordering of the door access, which took 3 weeks, after letting them know how important it was - it nobody wanted to install it due to its complexity and said they wouldn't warranty the install. Support is almost non-existent and UNORGANIZED. Wellyx Gym Management truly was a horrible experience. After sending them a cancellation notice week after week, they continue to bill and no one cares to get back to us to cancel. Their software feels buggy with so much duplication of effort to get a good experience from. Our members called the apps horrible and laughed at it. For them, it was more of a shopping experience than a gym experience. Overall, Wellyx Gym Management support is horrible, delayed, unorganized and I don't think anyone in there really knows how to get things done to move the customer forward. Seems very scammy. We've wasted weeks with this company.
