When I received the blinds, they were packaged well and easy to install. These blinds blew me away! So beautiful from the inside and outside the home. I plan to buy these for all our windows downstairs.

GBIt arrived late, but I can accept it After waiting for over two months, the curtains I purchased have finally arrived. The customer service informed me during the process that there would be a delay due to the factory holiday break. Although it took a bit longer than expected, seeing the color and texture of the curtains, I can completely accept the extended wait time. It's definitely worth it!

CAGood suggestion~ Due to my high requirement for blackout in the bedroom, I opted for cream-colored curtains. The customer service team suggested adding blackout fabric, and it turned out to be a fantastic idea.

GBperfect! I bought this shade to make sure it would fit my window. It worked perfectly, and I could use the same holes I had already bored for the previous shade.
