ILI wanted to apply for service I wanted to apply for service. Sales man asked me information to provide. I sent a lot of scans. Wasted a half of day for this. But never hear back from them. Ok, I can believe that application was refused. But at least you can send email about this, correct? I sent to them several emails, guys, I could understand that you don't want me... It is ok. It is legit. But at least send me a short message, so I will not wait and will look other companies. You are not alone in the market. But nothing!

FRI put 5 stars because I was satisfied… I put 5 stars because I was satisfied with the way the consultant Mr. Dante Gaglianone took care of my file and the quick response to my emails at any time... despite the fact that I don't speak English well I was able to understand all the processes and their service. GBTerrible customer service Services are fine but they are impossible to get in touch with for anything once you are a client — customer service, sales, anything. It's like they get you on board and then go out of their way to pretend you don't exist. It's almost comical the extent to which you're ignored when things go wrong. My banking has gone down twice in five years and both times I had to barrage them with messages and phone calls for days and days before anyone lifted a finger.
