Lots of unique items, BUT….. Lots of unique items. My issue was the return policy. Says 3 days for refund. We specifically asked about the items we were buying as we’d spent about an hour picking them out. Nothing worked in our space. We returned to the store for a refund. Immediately the staff said ‘botanicals are final sale!’ It doesn’t state that ANYWHERE on the policy or the receipt. These were PRICEY botanicals. When we challenged them and stated that we had specifically asked about returning what we were buying and were never told about the botanicals, they relented and agreed to the refund. That’s when it got interesting. We’re standing at the cash. This clerk takes out a 8 1/2 x 11 pad and starts writing out each and every item we were returning including full description and price!!! We had used a credit card and were returning everything so not sure what this painful exercise was supposed to accomplish. To add insult to injury, this clerk then proceeded to ask for just about every piece of personal information including full name, address, phone number AND email address. When we questioned why that was necessary, we were told their computer system was outdated and (for some reason) they needed this information to process the refund! Bogus!!! Paid by CC; refund by CC. PERIOD!
