Scammers! DO NOT TRUST Ordered a custom piece December 5th. Today is January 5th still has not arrived. Ruined my mother Christmas present. No updates since the 21st. Does not get made in the United States but China. This is not a US company nor is there any number to call. This site is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I doubt this is family owned as claimed by their about us page.

Would not recommend! I was charged for a product I ordered but didn't receive! I contacted customer service who was slow in responding and stated they had no info on my order! I wonder if this site is even legitimate! I cancelled my credit card just in case and would not recommend this site!

Update! I finally received my item Update: I finally received my item! The company did return an email after a few days and apologized for the delay and offered 50% off and while I haven’t received the refund, I did receive my item and it’s actually really cute. It’s smaller than I thought it would be but otherwise looks exactly as it did online. I stand corrected 😬 not a scam after all.

I purchased a couple of family oriented… I purchased a couple of family oriented decors which is a great Idea for posting around the pool and the shop. I was happy with the design and the finish product. The only issue is the shipping packaging which allows for decor to be bent before delivered. Wingdecor made good on the refund for the damaged decors after I supplied pictures of delivered items.
