Value for money I ordered two lamps. The wire form free pendant lamp is exactly what I expected. Really nice. The Ok pendant lamp is fine but not as nice as I hoped ( maybe because I also own the original? ) Delivery time was ok en shipping fee very reasonable. Definite an adres to remember.

Glass lights I ordered some glass lights. Sadly they arrived damaged. However their customer service was both efficient and honored with what was stated and what happened. Would have no hesitation in ordering more glass lights in the future.

Really pleased After reading some of the reviews below we were apprehensive about ordering from this company however we could not find the exact item we wanted elsewhere. We ordered 9 lights in total (7 Chiswick wall lights and 2 Chiswick pendants). They all arrived in pristine condition, well packaged in polystyrene, within 4 weeks of ordering, clearly from China (we are in the UK). I'll be honest, we haven't installed them yet due to the stage we are at with our build, however, they look beautiful and we are very excited!

Lights finally arrived. Look great. EDITED: 1st set of lights arrived but they were not as per dimensions advertised. Contacted support and they agreed to send another set as per correct dimensions. Took a long time to receive revised lights. But got them installed in the end and they look great.

It has now been 3 months since I have… It has now been 3 months since I have ordered the lamp. The money were withdrawn from the account in a few days though. I keep receiving automatically generated feedback from the so called customer service. Worst experience in buying online so far and I have been shopping a LOT and for a LONG time.
