GBIt’s perfect for my needs It’s perfect for my needs. Peeling the protective plastic off of some parts was not fun and very time consuming. Directions too vague at times. Beware, some panels have more holes (for a specific purpose 10 steps later) even though the part numbers are all the same. Same part number panels are not interchangeable.

GBI ordered a chair in May 2023 I ordered a chair in May 2023. It was delivered defective. I emailed customer service and informed them. They immediately sent me a reply to ask how they could make it right. They sent me another chair. What great customer service. Will definitely buy from this company again
