GBI ordered black and gray shirts I ordered black and gray shirts. When it got delivered it was red and black. My bf likes the design and everything. But it's was such a hassle to return for the right color. So we decided to keep it.

GBTerrible customer service. Stollen images! I represent Altus Fine Art a credited art publisher. We have been in business over 20 years and represent over 60 artists and their work. Ciaocustom.com has stollen over 200 of our images from 30 different artists that we represent as well as many images from artists that we don't represent. They are selling and printing work illegally without permission or even giving the artist credit for their work. This business has been contacted multiple times about the stollen images with no reply. Please help us make things right for our artists and do not purchase from them.

GBDon’t use company I ordered 2 tapestries. One was fine but the other was horrible! Jesus didn’t even have a face! It was totally unacceptable! I’ve tried working with them for weeks but they keep putting me off until finally they said they couldn’t get it to me in time! (I’ve literally sent 10+ messages) Such a huge disappointment! Don’t count on them! This was for a very important event that I worked very hard on and now I don’t have the most important part of it.

GBPoor Service This company hides bad products through poor chat services and even poorer Customer Service and return policies. In the end I was forced to eat the total cost even though I explained I would return the product as there was no physical damage — it simply was a poor quality print and looked horrendous in our living space . The reason I feel so cheated was I suspected issues before purchase and tried to use their chat service to clear a few things up - but the person responding clearly did not even understand their product and was just reciting customer service notes which made me feel it was pointless to ask more specific questions// it was at that point I made the poor decision to make a purchase and figured I would be able to return it if there were issues - had I read their policy I would have seen their policy you buy it it’s yours period — but instead of telling me that immediately after my first contact - they strung me along through multiple emails even requiring pictures only in the end to just tell me no returns is their policy— once again I have learned only buy off Amazon always fair always fast and never disappoints in customer service
