We have contacted them multiple times but they don't respond and have not complied with our cease and desist letters to remove images that they DO NOT have permission to use or print.

No Return Scam No return Policy allows them to basically not care what they send you. Ordered 2 T Shirts, color didn't match what they had posted on website. Their excuse was color looks different in lighting and other factors. Learned a lesson to only buy from vendors like Amazon who are truly interested in their customers satisfaction.
