Receiving the tote was worth the wait, but I wish the communication process was better and the length of time receiving the item was better. If it was not for the latter concerns, the rating would have been a 5.

Quality canvas printing & customer service Purchased a picture and once received didn’t like the picture. They went well out of their way to ensure I was happy with my purchase. In the end I switched to a new picture and they sent that to me as a replacement. Quality of the canvas and printing looks great. I would buy from them again.
