Receiving the tote was worth the wait, but I wish the communication process was better and the length of time receiving the item was better. Don’t use company I ordered 2 tapestries. One was fine but the other was horrible! Jesus didn’t even have a face! It was totally unacceptable! I’ve tried working with them for weeks but they keep putting me off until finally they said they couldn’t get it to me in time! (I’ve literally sent 10+ messages) Such a huge disappointment! Don’t count on them! This was for a very important event that I worked very hard on and now I don’t have the most important part of it.
