Receiving the tote was worth the wait, but I wish the communication process was better and the length of time receiving the item was better. If it was not for the latter concerns, the rating would have been a 5.

Copyright infringement issues We are an art publisher representing over 60 artists. This website uses artists' images without permission. We have contacted them multiple times but they don't respond and have not complied with our cease and desist letters to remove images that they DO NOT have permission to use or print.
