Ordered a light bulb in March of 2021 Had quite a lot of issues with the shipping and arrival of a product I ordered from Urelas online (Almora 3D light bulb). Through the frustration, a couple months and 14 email exchanges (should have just thrown my hands up, but it's a cool light bulb!!), to the company's credit they rectified the situation including a personal email from the folks that run the operation. Hoping this is a one-off situation. But, good for consumers to know these issues may exist and hope the company takes a look at operations. Bulb arrived, looks great. worth the trouble? No, but here we are!

Beautiful but cheaply built The lunibox design is beautiful, however it is a cheap box and thus the build quality far from matches the price paid. Especially as it is drop- shipped from China - adding an exceptionally long time to the delivery

Good quality shirts Delivery took about a week but the product quality was super good, way better than Threadless or Spreadshirt. Received extra shopping coupons after purchase so will highly recommend.

My order for 2 Luniboxes for our first… My order for 2 Luniboxes for our first anniversary was delayed due to the coronavirus, so Sara from Urelas sent me a custom-painted portrait of our house for free that was worth hundreds of dollars and saved the day! what an awesome company...they truly care about their customers. Definitely shopping again.
