GBI would give them minus stars if I… I would give them minus stars if I could. I bought a couch and loveseat at the end of Aug 2020. I was told two weeks for the pieces to be delivered. I still haven’t received either piece. I tried to call them to complain At the beginning of Feb 2021. Their phone system is designed to make sure you’ll never reach a living person. Finally I was able to text someone about my purchase. He told me I would get my furniture in two weeks. I still haven’t gotten my furniture. I demanded my money back. They refused. A few weeks ago they sent a package of brownies to apologize. YOU CAN’T SIT ON BROWNIES!!!! They are thieves

GBThe absolutely worst The absolutely worst! DO NOT BUY MATTRESSES FROM THEM! They do not allow you to return and/or exchange mattresses PERIOD! The absolutely worst experience I have ever had! Now I'm stuck with a mattress that kills me and I have a neck injury! Don't do it!

GBDavin Furniture originally was located in Roseland in Chicago. All these decades they have been in business and they still only have one store. Looooosers Nothing spectacular that's for sure

GBPoor delivery personnel Just received our recliner and the delivery men RAN out before bringing the old one to the garage, as promised from the delivery personnel. (Old one came apart in two pieces, but they wouldn’t even try to accommodate us). Extremely unprofessional and it WILL be our last purchase from Darvin. Buyer BEWARE!

GBDarvin Furniture; Darvin Furniture; I met with Jeff Blocker on multiple occasions to guide me as my significant other was ill. Jeff was very professional, courteous, friendly and great knowledge of Darwin’s furniture selections. We struggled to find what we wanted until Jeff showed us additional options and we found a leather sofa that had all the options we asked for and a color we both loved. We decided on two sofa’s versus a sofa loveseat option, We have to add that Jeff is a pleasure to work with. There was no salesman pressure, he answered all our questions and gave us all the facts we needed to make a purchase. Debbie & Keith
