The package was delayed due to the enormous Christmas mailings, but I was able to keep up with the package. The product turned out to be just what I needed for my granddaughter. She was delighted.

I have been waiting on a refund of $100+ for WEEKS over an item I canceled!!! BEWARE...this is not a company based out of the USA and is claims to be Very displeased with the dishonesty this company shows. When ordering the impression is given that it is a USA based company...not a company in CHINA.. The shipping information that is provided is also a farse. If I wanted to wait for something to arrive almost 2 months later from China I would have ordered off of WISH and paid $5 not the price I paid along with a stated shipment date by December 17 and then a email arrives today that the item was awaiting pick up in Las Vegas weeks ago then was put on a plane and is now sitting in Shanghai....

This company should change their name… This company should change their name because the experience is anything but blessed. The product finally arrived after spending days trying to find it with no consideration whatsoever from the company. Their phone number does not work. Red flag. Will never use them again.

Not located in the US Not located in the US, although they make it look that way on the website. They are a non-verified company out of china according to paypal, which is the only way to pay. But, Paypal don't show you this info when you are checking out, only later on your transaction detail. I received one piece of 3 items I ordered. Tried to call but the number rings then goes to a busy tone. I reached out via three different email methods and did get a response with another tracking number that shows it coming from China, getting to an un-named airport in NY and then nothing more on the US side for 6 days now.
