GBI thought I was buying a product that…shipped in the US. THAT IS NOT THE CASE! I thought I was buying a product that shipped domestically. Instead, it is shipping from China. Who knows when I will actually get it. Needed it this week, but it’s not showing any progress in the tracking report. They cannot tell me when it will arrive. Website was misleading as to the shipping info. Very disappointed.

GBI haven’t received my order I haven’t received my order. Even though it said I would receive within 14 days/2 weeks. Disappointed and feel cheated. Not good service.

GBStill don’t have package to really rate. I wouldn’t be able to really give a review since I still haven’t received my order. When ordering I think there should be more info in where the packages are coming from and an estimated time of arrival. I know with COVID these times are hard but even the tracking site it takes me to I can’t understand it. So I have no idea where my order is and when it could possibly show up. 😢
