It took us 5 weeks to get our final decision on the Mlily Mattress we loved there, and once we called they still had a record of our meeting, and our selection, and applied the promised discount. they take their visitors very seriously, and the visit there felt more like a Spa visit than a mattress store, We strongly recommend visiting them. buying a mattress online is truly gambling.

Avoid this place! Avoid this place! Do not go here. Try the mattress and if you can buy online. The deals are enticing I know but the customer service is terrible. I have to exchange because picked the wrong firmness. Fine. But I had to threaten to go to a competitor twice in order for customer service to respond. I just paid a security deposit to exchange which is $544 and not that the exchange is complete I’m stilll waiting for the money that I desperately need for rent. They hide lots policies that the salespeople won’t tell you about and if you exchange it’s final sale and I’m currently stuck with a mattress I don’t like. Literally the worst
