GBone to avoid I want to keep this factual. I ordered one single 'perfect fit' metal kitchen blind in white. This item consists of ye blind and a frame. Nothing too challenging for a company specialising in blinds. Paid an amount up front (about 40% from memory). My old perfect fit blind was damaged so wanted a replacement. Was told that even though the frame was still ok it wouldn't be needed as the new blind would come with a frame as they couldn't just order the blind. My old frame was removed and take to the tip. Ordered 'perfect fit' blind on 7th August 2023 and was told 2 weeks approx for fitting. No communication regarding fitting and I had to chase up so emailed them on 23rd October regarding a refund. They apologised for the "oversight" and offered the refund or a fitting and "understood my frustration and anger". I accepted a fitting (but wish I hadn't). The blind was eventually fitted 28th October (according to my emails). Nearly 3 months wait. A verbal discussion was had with them about a discount/goodwill gesture which they subsequent denied any knowledge of. Have now paid in full. My opinion below: Blind quality (ok but not great) Communication - very poor Price - average Customer service - poor EDITED*** With regards to their reply. I was in contact with the fitter by texts but not calls were made to me or my wife....thos is.simply not true. When I answered the door to the fittwr I was in black shorts and topless having been exercising.......I didn't expect a professional company to bring a child to the fitting appointment! The whole thing have been very bad and I would believe much of.what they say in my opinion. That said I can recommend Dave's Blinds who I've used before and had no issues at all.
