Don't buy from here I don't like this company

We placed the order and that order did not arrive! We placed the order and that order never reached us, we tried using tracking number that apparently doesn't exist. The order was a gift for a friend which is the worst part in this situation. We reached out to the support team multiple times and still we have no answer to this situation. no refund, not any proposal for the product to be reshipped. Bad overall.

One of the best purchases I've ever made I was worried about the delivering and the company was incredibly helpful through entire process. They answered all my questions and concerns and they answered them all very quickly. When my order arrived, it was in perfect condition. I 100% recommend this company.

Item Never Received - No Refund Horrible customer service! I ordered an item on August 27th and have never received it. I have requested a refund several times and instead of responding to my refund request, I keep getting notifications that the items has "reshipped" and then they send me another bogus tracking number that doesn't actually exist. DO NOT purchase from this company!
