I would definitely recommend Nhala to friends I was a bit leery after reading comments but I have to say I love my curtains! They are exactly like what was pictured and are made from a heavier material which blocks out the sun on my patio sliders during our hot Florida summers. I would definitely recommend Nhala to friends and expect I will be doing more ordering in the future.

Bs scam scam scam Scam scam scam I ordered a rug and it has been over 4 weeks and it still hasn't been sent to a usps store to be shipped to me I contacted them several times and they told me what I already knew the shipping label was created and is awaiting arrival at a usps store and to calm down so I now contacted my bank and disputed the charges I'm so aggravated this website is a complete scam do not order 😑

Items was not as described Item was not as described. What was shipped looks like a cheap knock-off compared to the photo on the website. When contacted, the store told me that items may vary from product shots. That is not stated on the website! I attempted to contest the issue with PayPal unsuccessfully as the store fought back. They finally settled on a refund if I were to pay return shipping . . . to a Vietnam address. That's practically the cost of the item I purchased! Add that to time and effort to return, and I might as well accept I lost money and trash it. It's also worth noting that the website states "Almost all of our products are produced in the USA", but mine came from an international address and was not manufactured in the USA. Do not trust this website.

I wish I woul have read these reviews… I wish I woul have read these reviews before ordering from Nhala Home!! As soon as I placed a order, immediately something told me this was a mistake as the immediately charged my cc, $81..I hadn't even received a confirmation till I emailed them. Once I received the"conferter"duvet it was like 2 sheets sewn together with a zipper NOTHING like what they show in their web site. I immediately told them the difference sent pictures as they requested & plainly told them. I was just unhappy 😡 with it, & wanted to return it simple, now I checked their Colorado address,as it indicates on their web site Fulfillment center -11747 Keough, North glenn CO 80233 & it came up as a "House " address!!! Icing on the cake they tell me since nothing it wrong with my product after looking & judging by photos they will not refund me , will not accept my return!!BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, BAD BUSINESS practices!!! Ripoff company.

SCAMED!! I ordered curtains and it took longer delivery then stated and then I received a message saying they were delivered to my post box and they NEVER showed up..the only way to contact customer service is by email and they NEVER responded..there was a tracking number and it said you contact my USPS for any issues but the tracking number can not be used with my post office..SCAMED
