Terrible quality and no way of getting… Terrible quality and no way of getting response from customer service...they dont react to emails. I assume its a scam and product cheaply manufactured in china with bad quality. Learned my lesson and will check trustpilot before next time

My husband ordered a My Wife wooden… My husband ordered a My Wife wooden candle holder for a little Christmas present. It arrived after Christmas and was very disappointing. The quality was shocking and a Tea Light's would not fit in the hole's they were meant to go in. I emailed them on the 1st of Jan and have yet not had a response. The product cost £30.00 + He was so upset that the product is not fit for purpose and poor quality for the cost. It was meant to be a special item with meaning.
