I have emailed four times with no response or updates. THIS IS THE most RIDICULOUS website and customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT SHOP THIS WEBSITE

Love the Figurines! I ordered a couple of figurines from these site and I loved it! I was surprised that the car and yacht design is an actual music box! Ugh! Amazing. packed nicely too. Thanks again. I think I will collect all the designs.

Very Poor Customer Experience We are now on 25th January , I have been trying to rectify and issue with an order I placed back on 15th November 2020 and I have yet to get the product I ordered in the condition displayed on Avaoasis website I have sent images again and again of what I have received and the images of what you shown on the website As I stated back in December this was for a Christmas present, so you can now imagine what I am feeling over 2 months on On 17th December Avaoasis offered a replacement or refund , which I advised that as long as you can guarantee to provide a replacement as per the image on your web site (images attached) and delivery asap then yes I would like a replacement . To this day I have still had no further contact from Avaoasis or the replacement I find this very poor customer experience , even they proudly state 101% customer satisfaction on the web site I have requested again and again what will be done to recover the customer experience, I am getting no where so I feel I have no option but to post my experience for all to see because as a business Avaoasis are not responding

Terrible quality and no way of getting… Terrible quality and no way of getting response from customer service...they dont react to emails. I assume its a scam and product cheaply manufactured in china with bad quality. Learned my lesson and will check trustpilot before next time
