No tapestries yet April 21st I ordered 2 wall tapestries. As of today’s date (May 16) I have yet to receive. It’s a shame that a company offers beautiful tapestries but customer service/delivery is subpar. I emailed them and got the Covid 19 email response. Since the country is pretty much shut down, I would have been more understanding if they had been more proactive. They were not. Other companies have managed to get their packages delivered. Hopefully they will do right and deliver my tapestries.

Tapestry galaxy grand embellishments… Tapestry galaxy which used to be tapestryhut is not truthful. They claim they only use paypal when they responded to my credit card being compromised after using it to buy 2 tapestries which did not come and the credit card company got my money back . My credit card was used to buy the tapestries and my credit card has not been compromised in 10 Years....until right after purchasing from tapestry - hut - Which is now tapestrygalazy -

I ordered a Tapestry on April 17 &… I ordered a Tapestry on April 17 & another on April 18, received confirmation & shipment notice within 2 days of placing order. Still have not received products. I have checked on shipping status(s) several times & it shows its on the airplane. Would LOVE to get ordered tapestrys & change this review.

Quality & Assurance I'm very happy with, not only my interaction with customer service and their quick response, but especially the quality of the Tapestry. Definitely the better competitive company out there! Thank you so much! I will be back for more!

Smells like a scam I order from this company cause I liked the look of their products. Still haven't received an update on my order shipping. I placed an order on the 21 of April and it still hasn't shipped. Contacted twice to receive the same pre-typed message. Now I'm thinking I will never get it and that they took my money. I'd recommend people use a more reliable tapestry company. If I actually get it I will update but I'm starting to doubt that will happen.
