USI'm with Ayana Sanchez on this one I'm with Ayana Sanchez on this one. I really wish I read these reviews before ordering. I check my mailbox daily as if I'm awaiting a letter from a brother in combat. Its pathetic. I was assured that if I completed my order on April 20th I would receive my items by April 27th. I get that we are undergoing a universal crisis. But i believe an email update would suffice.

USI have yet to receive any customer… I have yet to receive any customer service regarding my order nor any updates. I have ordered from many vendors during this pandemic and they have at least been responsive and prompt with order inquiries

USBad quality print Took a long time to receive my tapestry, considering the pandemic I didn't concern myself with the delay. However the print quality is terrible. Very blurry I can't even look at it. The colors are way off. Definitely stolen art

USWow. Just wow. Wow. Wishing I had read the reviews before ordering from this place. I paid for the tapestry on April 8, 2020 and still have to receive any update or ETA on its whereabouts. Morgan the customer service rep is rude and sending automated responses to my requests for an update on the shipment of my tapestry. They will not give me a refund.

USDon't send your money to this so-called… Don't send your money to this so-called business!! Ordered two tapestries after seeing an ad about a closeout sale. Should have done more research before spending $51. There are numerous complaints on their Facebook page about being scammed and no delivery info ever sent or fraudulent FedEx numbers given for tracking a purchase. Also PayPal will no longer let a customer use their payment service due all the complaints. I hope to get either my product or a refund but am not holding my breath.
